Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at lullapet2626@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
- Please allow additional time for your bank or PayPal to process the refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lullapet2626@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
