Customs & Import Duties
International orders (outside the USA) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Lullapet is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lullapetstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
